We are eager to be able to provide our patients with a “patient portal”.
Some useful ways you can use the patient portal include:
communicating directly with your doctor
prescription refill requests
access records and test results once reviewed and posted to the portal by your doctor
make payments towards your bill
Please keep in mind that our portal does not communicate with other online accounts like URMC MyChart or RRHS MyCare.
In general the portal will be down every morning from 2am-4am for system maintenance.
