Welcome to our Patient Portal.

The patient portal can be used to quickly:

request appointments

cancel appointments

make prescription refill requests

access records and test results once reviewed and posted to the portal by your doctor

make payments towards your bill

Please keep in mind that our portal does not communicate with other online accounts like URMC MyChart or RRHS MyCare.

The patient portal can be used to communicate directly with your provider but DO NOT USE THE PORTAL FOR URGENT ISSUES.

ALTHOUGH WE AIM TO RESPOND QUICKLY, IT MAY TAKE up to 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO HEAR BACK FROM YOUR DOCTOR.

Please be aware that there may be a charge billed for portal communications with your doctor, particularly if these are extensive or occurring more than once between in-office visits. These will be filed to your insurance but you may be responsible for any copays/deductible payments.
